Kamin Samuel, PhD

Kamin Samuel, PhD, is a trailblazing entrepreneur, international transformational coach, and inspirational filmmaker who empowers women to rewrite the stories they tell about themselves and step into their full potential. As the US Navy’s first African American woman to serve as a helicopter pilot, Kamin served her country for nine years before transitioning into corporate America, where she rose to become the Vice President of Global Website Operations at a billion-dollar corporation.

As a “coach’s coach,” she is sought after by executives, entrepreneurs, and leaders who want to achieve exponential success while staying true to themselves.

Kamin is now the creator of the documentary film, Courage to Thrive, to be released in 2025. This documentary tells a universal story of underserved and underestimated women and veterans. Kamin’s mission is to uplift, inspire and empower women everywhere, proving that it’s never too late to thrive. Kamin is also an Executive Producer for the upcoming film, The Strange.

Derek Cozzens, International MBA, Finance

Derek is a hands-on operator with over two decades of financial leadership experience working for public and private companies including 13 of those years with Private Equity and Venture Capital funds. For his clients, he is an engaged member of the executive team and is equally comfortable working across all levels of an organization, providing mentorship and strategic guidance throughout the organization.

He has held the position of CFO, Controller, Audit Consultant, and Program Manager for companies like Siemens, Dresser-Rand, and several VC/PE portfolio firms. Derek has helped businesses navigate fast growth, ERP implementations, audit compliance, and strategic scaling initiatives across multiple industries including manufacturing, medical device, CPG, mining, O&G, and more. He is based in Boulder, Colorado and enjoys international engagements that take his leadership skills across the globe.

Cynthia Davis

During her career spanning more than 30 years, Cynthia reached the highest echelons of leadership in some of the most highly respected organizations including General Electric, Lockheed Martin, Raytheon, and Bausch & Lomb. Along the way, she led, lived through, and experienced the many highs and lows of corporate existence, from massive growth, to mergers and acquisitions, to business restructuring and divestitures.

Today, Cynthia has co-created one of the most unconventional and successful consulting, training, and business advisory firms, Radiant Blue, LLC. As a highly sought-after Executive Advisor, Cynthia’s work with entrepreneurs and business leaders is extraordinary and revolutionary in navigating the challenges of business growth, personal and business transitions, cultural change and transformation, and readying their teams for mission success.
